During her childhood in Honduras, Laelanie Larach always knew that her life will be attached to the arts, because she was always painting and it was her escape from reality during that time in her childhood. Art plays an important role in her life, she began sketching using charcoal and oils, a fun combination of techniques that she used in her iconic paintings. She was also part of various art contest during school that was proud to represent her school, and she always won first place during the school art contest in Honduras.
