Laelanie Larach a talented artist based in Miami and born in Honduras located in Central America, a beautiful country that gave her a lot of inspiration and memories during her artistic career. A self- taught artist that began painting during her childhood, her majestic landscapes with wild jungles and forest around a blue sky of dreams and memories that only exist inside her imagination. At a young age she knew that her entire life would be attached to the arts, always had a goal in mind to be one of the best artists and have her own art gallery that will be named “Laelanie Art Gallery”. As a kid she was part of drawing contests and she was always the winner of all the contests that represented her school, her ability to imagine and create things was unique and inspiring!

Back in Honduras the art studio of Laelanie Larach was stunning with a garden and always a view to her favorite trees, she always loves to paint during the night or in the morning…. It all depends on the mood and level of inspiration that Laelanie Larach has in that moment. She remembered going to the lake with her family and sailing away on a small boat near the mountains and watching the sunset that was also inspiring for any creative artist. The beach was also her favorite spot, and she could spend hours near the ocean looking at the ocean waves and those stunning palm trees, it was a magical world with a tropical unique energy that stayed in the memory of the artist Laelanie Larach.

Her first paintings are surreal and traditional, with landscapes and some of them have planets! Laelanie Larach has a fascination with everything that is related with space and our universe, therefore you will see in her first paintings that she created during her childhood, small colorful planets with magical butterflies and stars moving inside a blue sky. Is a special art collection that she created during that time in Honduras and therefore belongs to her private art collection, is not for sale because they are special original oil paintings with a lot of sentimental value and memories attached to each painting.

One of her favorite paintings that she created with a lot of love is a portrait of her beautiful dog that is now in heaven, Laelanie Larach decided to create a unique portrait of her little angel before she got sick during that time in Honduras. The painting is special and is one of her favorite paintings that she created with a lot of love and mixed emotions when she found out that her dog had cancer. It was one of those horrible moments in life that she experiences and therefore she continues painting to escape from her reality.

As the years passed Laelanie Larach decided to move to Miami and follow her goals, she first began exhibiting during Brickell Art Walk and other art galleries that love her unique art style. Laelanie Larach was always looking for ways to showcase her artwork and be part of the best art galleries and live art shows, she did everything by herself, nobody helped her during her journey. Laelanie is a visionary and has a lot of perseverance when something is on her mind, sometimes she finds obstacles and that never stops her from creating and continuing painting her beautiful original oil paintings.
